e-file/e-pay - Free E-filing for Qualified NYS Taxpayers 
 
Some software providers allow New York State taxpayers meeting specific criteria free access to tax preparation software and free e-filing of their New York State personal income tax return. This webpage will be updated to allow you to access the Web sites of these providers as they become certified for tax year 2004 returns.
