Tax Credits for Cleaning Up and Developing Brownfields
The Governor has signed into law legislation that creates a new Brownfields Clean-Up Program, including tax credits available to persons and entities that clean up and develop those sites. Important Information for Withholding Tax Taxpayers
Employers please note the change to new addresses beginning September 1, 2004 for the form NYS-45 and related forms. Visit our Withholding Tax: What's New page for further information.
New Electronic Services
Taxpayers can now view and pay open assessments through the Business Service Center. After successfully requesting a password online, taxpayers can log in and view the real-time status of their open assessments and initiate an electronic funds withdrawal (ACH debit) or credit card payment. International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) taxpayers may continue using IFTA E-file through the Business Service Center.
